These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Stellar Run Club (“Stellar”) and participation in events organized by Stellar.

By purchasing a ticket to a Stellar event, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Stellar

Stellar is a Copenhagen-based running and social community organising running events, social events, activities, and collaborations.

2. Tickets & Payment

Tickets for Stellar events can be purchased through our website. All prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK), unless otherwise stated.

Your registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you have received confirmation of your purchase.

Tickets are valid only for the event and date stated at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the individual event page, purchased tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at stellarcph@outlook.comif necessary.

If Stellar cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or, where appropriate, the opportunity to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event.

If an event needs to be postponed or rescheduled, we will contact ticket holders using the contact information provided when booking.

4. Right of Withdrawal

For tickets to leisure activities or events taking place on a specific date or during a specific period, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases generally does not apply.

Therefore, purchasing a ticket does not automatically give you a 14-day cancellation period.

5. Participation & Responsibility

Participation in Stellar events is at your own responsibility.

For running, exercise, or other physical activities, participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of taking part and for choosing an appropriate level of participation.

Participants must follow reasonable instructions provided by Stellar, event staff, venues, and collaborating partners.

Stellar is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during an event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes to Events

We may make reasonable changes to an event when necessary, including changes to the schedule, route, location, activities, or collaborating partners.

We will communicate significant changes to registered participants whenever reasonably possible.

7. Weather & Outdoor Events

Some Stellar events take place outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions.

Events may still take place in rain or other normal weather conditions. If conditions make an event unsafe or impractical, Stellar may modify, postpone, or cancel the event.

Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Photography & Content

Photos and videos may be taken during Stellar events for use on Stellar's website, social media, and other promotional channels.

Where appropriate, participants will be informed that photography or filming is taking place. If you do not wish to appear in identifiable photos or videos, please let a member of the Stellar team or the photographer know at the event.

9. Behaviour

We want Stellar events to be welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave an event in cases of seriously inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive behaviour.

10. Personal Data

Personal information provided when purchasing a ticket or registering for an event will be processed for purposes such as managing your booking, processing payment, communicating important information about the event, and meeting applicable legal requirements.
